Values
Values are living commitments—they shape what we embody, how we transform systems, and how we tend to relationships with care and accountability.

Healing
For liberation to occur, we must heal from racial and cultural traumas we hold within our bodies through transformative and embodied healing centered practices.

Justice
We must ensure the full humanity of Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and marginalized groups through dismantling supremacist ideology and structures and elevating individual and collective consciousness to imagine and co-create a just and transformed world.

Community
We collectively build a culture that honors the interconnectedness and belonging of all living systems that is grounded in love, connection, collaboration, mutual aid. trust, and centering our humanity.

Spirituality
WeĀ value and respect the intrinsic worth, beauty, and divinity of each and every person and our lands, as we care for and tend to our personal and collective holistic well-being.

Accountability
We honor our commitments to ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, and the lands we belong to. We practice it as an act of care—listening deeply, repairing when harm occurs, and aligning our actions with justice, liberation, and collective well-being.

Aliveness
WeĀ are fully connected to and grounded in our collective sense of wholeness, dignity, humanity, purpose, ancestral ways of knowing, embodied approaches to healing, and to live fully expressed lives.
