About Me

The world I envision is one where every human being is honored in their full dignity, brilliance, and wholeness. A world where healing is not seen or experienced as a luxury, but a birthright. Where everyone—regardless of background—experiences belonging and the freedom to become who they truly are.

My work lives at the intersection of personal and collective healing, systems and culture change, and liberatory, healing-centered practice. I coach individuals and consult with organizations to heal from racialized and cultural traumas, disrupt patterns that perpetuate harm, and co-create the conditions and systems where people and communities can thrive.

Whether I’m working one-on-one with a leader or guiding an entire institution through change, my intention is rooted in a singular truth: we must transform how we relate to ourselves, to each other, and to the systems we shape and inhabit. I support leaders and teams in moving from cycles of extraction to regeneration—where work is no longer driven by burnout and depletion, but by purpose, vitality, and sustainability. From disconnection to care—where relationships are not transactional, but transformational, tending to the humanity, history, and complexity each person carries. And from merely acknowledging trauma to actively cultivating healing—repairing trust, restoring dignity, and reimagining systems aligned with Strategic Wholeness.

How I Work

My work is grounded in healing-centered practice, systems thinking, cultural transformation, adaptive leadership, and showing care through mindfulness, embodied practices, and other transformative modalities.

As an Executive Coach for Healing-Centered and Strategic Wholeness Leadership, I primarily work with self-identified white women—reflecting my own lived experience. I guide a process of deep reckoning and restoration. Together, we listen to the stories our bodies hold, unlearn conditioned patterns, reclaim a felt sense of wholeness, anchor in our values, and lead in ways that are bold, aligned, and generative for ourselves and our communities.

In my consulting practice, I collaborate with organizations to reimagine and redesign cultures, structures, and policies. Our shared work focuses on dismantling the systemic roots of values drift, divided priorities, burnout, fear, and scarcity that limit human potential—while cultivating ecosystems of trust, dignity, bold imagination, and mutual accountability, all in service of strategic wholeness.

Work With Me

Who I Am

I’m a white, cisgender, queer Jewish woman and a grateful mama through a sacred, open adoption. I live in Lafayette, Colorado, surrounded by mountains, sweet air, and meaning.

From a very young age, I’ve been a seeker—curious about the world, about people, and about the deeper truths that live beneath the surface. My healing journey began in early childhood and has unfolded over the last four + decades through seasons of discovery, reckoning, integration, and renewal.

Along the way, I’ve explored and embraced many healing modalities—each one helping me peel back layers of inherited patterns, inherited ways of thinking, wounds carried in my nervous system, and the cultural conditioning I’ve embodied through both ancestral lineage and lived experience. I’ve confronted the ways in which I’ve been shaped by systems rooted in supremacy, scarcity, and disconnection—and have committed to the lifelong, often messy, work of healing, unlearning, and remembering who I truly am.

This journey has not been linear. It has included moments of profound joy and deep rupture, of clarity and confusion, of transformation and return. It’s through this inner work that I’ve come to understand healing not as a destination, but as a way of being—a sacred and continuous practice of tending to the self while being in service to the collective. It's been a journey into Wholeness.

This personal path deeply informs how I show up in the world and in my professional practice. It grounds my commitment to building spaces that honor complexity, invite truth-telling, and center healing as both strategy and sacred responsibility.

I’ve worked for over 30 years across the fields of child and youth development, education, organizational leadership, community organizing, and systems change. My path has taken me from local grassroots initiatives to global development work with UNICEF and other international organizations. I’ve lived and worked in East and Southern Africa, South Asia, Central and South America, and Europe.

Credentials & Training

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Child Development & Education) from Long Island University – Global College, and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University.

I have been recognized for my contributions in the fields of Social Work, Youth Development and Global Human Rights Work and have performed a number of keynotes and speaking engagements at Schools of Social Work across the nation and numerous conferences.

My learning continues—always—with brilliant teachers, elders, and communities who challenge and expand my understanding of healing, transformation, and Strategic Wholeness.

What Grounds Me

I am an avid lover of the outdoors, music, adventure, travel, play, the earth, and healing. I find joy in growing food, dancing in my kitchen, sharing stories around a table, and soaking in the sacredness of stillness. I balance my need for solitude with my love for connection—especially through laughter, ritual, collective action, and imaginative play with my little one. I love every form of water there is to swim in, relax in, bathe in, and meditate next to.

This work is deeply personal to me. It is an offering to my ancestors, my child, our communities, and the future we’re collectively dreaming into being.
