Leading When the Ground is Moving
A five-session small-group coaching experience for leaders navigating real complexity, where decisions impact people, relationships, culture, and systems in real and lasting ways.
This is nota leadership program focused on skills or strategies alone. It is a healing-centered practice space that treats leadership as a relational and somatic practice, inviting leaders to slow down enough to notice how their inner life, nervous systems, and patterns of response shape how they lead. Rather than collapsing into over-accommodation, avoidance, rigidity, or punishment, this work strengthens leaders' capacity to stay relational, honest, and grounded under pressure.
Sessions are grounded in participants' real leadership moments: difficult conversations, competing responsibilities, accountability tensions, burnout, uncertainty, and decisions with real human impact. Rather than offering formulas or performance-based solutions, this space supports leaders in building the capacity to stay grounded, discerning, and relational inside complexity.

Meet the Facilitator
Tami supports leaders, teams, and organizations to navigate complexity through healing-centered, relational , and systems-aware practice.
Her work integrates leadership, nervous system awareness, equity, and organizational transformation, creating spaces where leaders can slow enough to notice what shapes how they lead, and practice new ways of being in relationship with themselves, others, and the systems they influence.

When the ground is shifting, leadership asks for more than strategy alone. This experience offers a space to practice leadership with steadiness, honesty, discernment, and care - without abandoning yourself or others in the process.
This space is explicitly welcoming of leaders across race, gender, culture, and lived experience. The richness of who is in the space is part of the practice and the container is facilitated with care, depth, and attention to relational safety and accountability.
